I made this for further other Years Eve Dinner 2003 and my family gobbled it up! It combines chicken, beef tamales, and tomatoes! Yummy!

The ingredient of Oklahoma Tamale Casserole

  1. 3 slices bacon
  2. 16 canned beef tamales, cut into 2-inch pieces
  3. 4 cups diced cooked chicken
  4. 2 cups collective kernel corn, drained
  5. 2 cups canned tomatoes, drained
  6. 1 cup raisins
  7. u00bd cup stuffed green olives
  8. 1 tablespoon chili powder
  9. u00bd teaspoon salt
  10. u00bc cup butter
  11. 1 cup chicken broth
  12. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  13. 2 cups shredded unfriendly Cheddar cheese

  1. In a skillet higher than medium heat, fry the bacon until evenly brown and crisp. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 4 quart casserole dish.
